| Terms and conditions: In general The following terms are valid for all sales and deliveries except there are no other agreements. Prices Our prices include VAT. Minority Records is VAT registered and VAT ID is CZ7311263608. Shipment conditions We reserve the right to choose the most suitable and cheapest way shipping, all EU shipments are sent as non-registered letters, unless exceeds 2kg. All overseas shipments are now sent via registered mail. Minority Records is committed to getting you your ordered items in the best possible conditions. As soon as the items leaves our office and will be damaged or mishandled due to an error by the shipping company abroad, we cannot be held responsible. Also return matters are at your own risk. Payment Credit card and PayPal payments are accepted after checking the credit standing via the PayPal web interface. Czech customers also have the possibility of paying cash on delivery (COD). Claim for damages Any action for damages due to neglecting our contractual and legal duties is impossible except there is a willful and reckless acting from us. Return policy All return matter and exchanges may be made with prior authorization within 30 days. Arrangements can be made per e-mail or phone. Processing error If an error occurs at the fault of the customer ordering an item it has to be canceled within one day. Practicability All matters are dealt under the Czech law excluding the use of the common international right of purchase (EKG/EAKG).
